The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health’s (ARPA-H) Proactive Health Office has released Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) ARPA-H SOL 26 164 for the Simulation-augmented, Real-time Platform Adaptive Seamless Trials (SURPASS) program. SURPASS seeks to establish persistent, multi-arm clinical trial platforms that integrate simulation, accumulating human data, prespecified adaptations, shared operational infrastructure, and reusable regulatory assets.
