ASPR IBx Funding

The Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response’s Industry Base Expansion Program (ASPR IBx) provides funding opportunities aimed at strengthening public health and medical supply chains and addressing concerns regarding domestic manufacturing and supply chain surge capabilities.

These opportunities are typically available through Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and the Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Preparedness Consortium (BioMaP-Consortium).
