Nathan Clark is a noteworthy leader in government contracting, having recently served as the BARDA portfolio leader for consortia and Other Transaction Agreements. His management portfolio included seven programs, and three technical working groups sponsored by HHS (BARDA), DOD, DARPA, DTRA, and DOE spanning over 1,600 project awards and $12 billion in awarded federal funding.
With this experience Mr. Clark has developed extensive knowledge in reviewing proposals, statements of work, contract negotiation, and post-award contract administration and deliverables. He has also served as an invited speaker on numerous panels discussing non-diluted federal funding opportunities.
Prior to this he served in the US Army including command, staff, and operational assignments. In 2014, he was inducted into the Honorable Order of Saint Barbara for significant contributions to the Air Defense Artillery community.
